Sporty Girl Accessories Rice Packs are handmade packs that can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer. If you use them hot one time and then cold the next, the plain white rice that is on the inside will not be affected by the varied temperatures.
To Use Hot - Microwave for 1 minute, take out and shake. Microwave again for 10-30 seconds to desired temperature. Test with smaller increments of time when first using to see how you microwave heats.
To Use Cold - I recommend placing your pack in a plastic bag before putting it in the freezer. This will keep any freezer smells or moisture from being absorbed into your rice pack. Keep it in the freezer until needed.
