Sparking Memories
Isn’t it funny how simple things can take you back in time? Like this spool of thread for example. I was given a rainbow of thread colors in these chunky spools back in high school. My swing choir was doing a 50’s/60’s theme and I asked if I could make the poodle skirts for the girls. My first big sewing project and thankfully we were all put together by our first performance. I had a kelly green skirt and I can almost remember who had all the other colors. This is the final spool of thread that’s been laying around so many years later
